DishRoulette Kitchen delivers every program at no cost to the people we serve. Donations fund four areas of work directly.
Direct Grants
The DRK $1K Grant puts flexible, unrestricted capital directly into the hands of small businesses that lack access to traditional funding — covering rent, payroll, inventory, licensing, and compliance costs when it matters most.
Free Programming
Monthly public workshops, 1:1 consultations, and hands-on technical assistance across finance, operations, licensing, and marketing — free of charge for entrepreneurs at every stage.
Workforce Development
Paid, hands-on training that prepares young people ages 16 to 24 for careers, and connects local small businesses with the talent they need to grow.
Rapid Response
Community initiatives like Todos Ponen mobilize when families need it most — in 2025, $800 grocery cards supported 120 immigrant families through six consecutive weeks of crisis.
