DRK GROWTH PROGRAM
At DishRoulette Kitchen (DRK), we're thrilled to unveil the expansion of our impactful DRK Growth Program, dedicated to addressing challenges faced by entrepreneurs, especially those from underrepresented communities.
This year, we're taking it a step further, offering a comprehensive mix of workshops, 1:1 consultations/coaching, and community building. Our focus is on providing crucial business best practices, including accounting & tax, licensing & permitting, branding & marketing, operations & training, and food production & manufacturing.
Our application is live, inviting food and beverage businesses to apply. While we prioritize businesses aligning with our target type, stage, and location, all eligible businesses are encouraged to apply.
WHAT YOU’LL GET
As part of the Growth Program, participants gain access to:
1:1 consultations with DRK subject matter experts
Monthly development workshops with industry experts and thought leaders
Peer-to-peer networking opportunities
Community-building and networking with other small business owners & entrepreneurs
PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY
Business Type:
We support a diverse range across the food ecosystem – from production to distribution, processing to retail. This includes growers, food hubs, distributors, processing facilities, community markets, co-ops, corner stores, farm stands, farmers markets, mobile markets, grocery stores, home food prep, restaurants, caterers, and more.
Business Stage:
Our program is tailored for pre-launch, early-stage, and start-up businesses.
Business Location:
Applicants must be located in the City of Chicago. We prioritize community areas facing both food and economic insecurity in the City of Chicago.
Application Key Dates:
